For people who have already built something.

Which of the four worlds do you live in?

One of them got mapped inside you before you could talk, and that map has been running everything since.

  • Ink drawing of a high mountain ridge in the foreground with a sharp peak rising behind it and a further range fading into mist, a pale switchback path threading up the near ridge.
  • Ink drawing of a near-vertical rock wall seen head-on, waterfalls falling its full height and rain streaking across it, more spires receding into mist to one side.
  • Ink drawing of a wide flat basin of pale water and sandbars seen at ground level, a low line of distant peaks on the horizon reflected in the still water.
  • Ink drawing of a narrow slot between two towering rock walls seen from the bottom, mist and dark water at its base and a bright strip of sky far above.

The layer underneath

You’ve done the work. This is the layer the work never reached.

The therapy, the coaching, the reading, the retreats: most people who arrive at this page have done all of it, properly, for years. And somewhere underneath it there’s still a place that never settled, because nothing yet has reached the layer where you actually live.

Most of what you’ve been offered measures the surface: your habits, your mindset, your stories about yourself. This reads something underneath all three, the internalized map you’ve been running on since before you could talk. It governs your choices, your likes and your dislikes, even your thoughts and reactions. It is a whole world, and you have been living inside its weather your whole life. This tells you where on it you are standing.

The mechanism

Who you had to become.

The mind you think with sits on top of a mind you can’t see: a primary layer that was mapped before language, out of early experience and what was handed down to you. That map decides how the world occurs to you, like seeing everything through tinted glass you don’t know you’re wearing. Work that only addresses the thinking mind is why change hasn’t held: clear the surface as many times as you like, it returns, because the layer underneath was never touched.

This diagnostic reads that layer through the nervous system that guards it: how reachable yours is, the identity it wears to stay safe, the escape routes it runs when life tries to reach you, and the charge it carries on an ordinary day. Real mechanism, plainly named. No manifestation, no vibrations, nothing you’ll have to say out loud in a group.

People conquer the mountain on the outside, and never the one within.
Lee Davis

Success is the constant. The relationship to it is the variable.

Everyone this work is built for has already built something. What differs is what the building has been doing for you, and to you. Some people are on top of what they built and can’t stop driving it. Some are inside it, flooded by it, even while it goes well. Some stand beside it, present for none of it. And some built the wrong thing entirely, and know it. Four positions, each with its own logic, its own cost and its own way through.

You’ll know yours by the end. Most people suspect it by question six.

Who built this

Lee Davis.

Lee studied this work for more than a decade, and he studied it because he needed it. He spent his twenties and thirties building things, at scale, in a hard industry, and doing well at it. Then an accident, and everything that had been running underneath came up through the floor.

He prayed for his power in life back, and the twelve years that followed were years the world would not hold its shape. Every instrument they had told him nothing was wrong. He went after it the way he had gone after everything else, all in: every tradition, teacher and modality the search could offer, and some of what he found left him worse than it found him. Then an illness took him close enough to the edge to end the looking and start the work.

What he found was a whole world, running inside him since before he could remember, and every strategy he had ever mistaken for his personality turned out to be something that world was playing out. The driving. The way he built. What landed and what never did. Thirteen years of working with it since, on himself first, and then on the founders, operators and long-time seekers who find their way to him.

The diagnostic is a fraction of what he does in a room. It’s enough to make a stranger feel accurately seen.

Before you start

Ten minutes, taken honestly.

The questions put you into moments from your own life, and what you get back is only ever as accurate as what you put in. This is not a quiz to thumb through between meetings. Two instructions: sit somewhere quiet, and answer from your average day, not your best week, not your worst. The ordinary day is where the pattern lives.

A few questions

A few questions.

How long does it take?

About ten minutes. Twenty-one questions: one at the start about what you have built, twelve scenes that read the pattern, seven that read how much it moves, and one at the end.

What do I receive?

Where you are standing, named in plain language, and how tightly you are holding it. The one place in your life where the pattern is doing its clearest work. The mechanism underneath it, and why everything you have tried has slid off. And one next step, chosen for where you actually are rather than pitched at you. All of it the moment you finish.

Who is this for?

People who have already built something, founders, executives, high performers, long-time seekers, and who can feel a ceiling, a flatness, or a weight inside it that effort hasn’t moved. It is calibrated for the successful-but-stuck, not for crisis. If you are in acute distress, this is not the right instrument, and a diagnostic is not what you need this week.

What happens afterwards?

Your results arrive immediately. Joining the waitlist from your results page is optional and unhurried. If what you are carrying is work Lee can do something about, he writes to you himself.

Is there a cost?

The diagnostic is free. The work it opens a door to is not, and doesn’t pretend otherwise.

Is it private?

Yes. Your answers are read by Lee and his team, never published, and never shared in any identifiable form.

You do not need another summit. You need the one mountain you have never attempted, and you should not attempt it alone, because nobody does. Start by finding out where on it you already live.
